    COMMON SENSE STOPS

  • Tar Patch stop
  • Roll stop
  • Helmet stop (also strongly not recommended)
  • Curb stop
  • Bus stop (just don't)

  • COMMON SENSE STOPS (OR LACK THEREOF)
    Tree Stop
Get rolling. Find a tree. Aim for it. Brace for impact. THUD. Use with caution.

    A better way:
Do everything above except the aiming for it and the thud. Instead, aim for the edge or just away from the surface of the tree, grab the tree with the palm of your pads (i.e. become a tree hugger) and switch into a spin stop to get yourself spinning about the tree.

However, in reality, there'll most likely be grass between you and the tree, so use a grass stop, step stop, or just run it out on the grass. ALSO, don't try this on thin, flimsy trees.
