Bearing Cleaning Tutorial

This tutorial covers a traditional method of cleaning and lubing (with grease) bearings,
including removing the bearings from the wheels, for skate frames using 1 piece (8mm; speed and hockey) axles.

The intent of this site is to introduce concepts beyond the scope of typical skate instruction
and is intended for people who do not have access to broad or advanced skating communities, where they would
be able to witness firsthand advanced techniques.
There is no replacement for a firsthand experience with an instructor.
